Jennifer Mainvielle – Co-Owner, President​,
JAM Systems, LLC


Jennifer is an Air Force service-disabled veteran with over 20 years of experience specializing in contracting, DoD acquisition and business management. After retirement, she became a federal contractor providing support to Department of Defense. Recently, she worked as Director of Contract Management for Davis-Paige Management Systems, LLC. Currently, she's co-owner and President of  JAMS.  Jennifer is a former US Air Force Contracting Officer, and a graduate of Faulkner University, Montgomery Alabama with a Bachelors in Business Administration.

Angela Skodacek - Co-Owner and Executive Vice President of Operations, JAM Systems, LLC 

Angela has over 30 years of solid government contracting experience.  She’s responsible for operational performance and success; establishing and implementing policies, procedures, and templates to ensure compliance with customer standards. Angela is a former US Air Force Contracting Officer.

Marcia Ellison – Co-Owner, Executive Vice President of Business Development,
JAM Systems, LLC


Marcia has 30 years of experience in all levels of acquisition, contracts administration, and management.  Determined and tenacious; she uses a consultant sales style approach to provide and implement tactical business solutions.  Marcia is a strategic planner employing a well-specified process for targeting, evaluating and capturing new business.  She manages customer, teaming and subcontractor relationships.  Marcia is a former US Air Force Contracting Officer and a graduate of Wayland Baptist University, Anchorage, AK with a Bachelors in Business Administration.

 

Ashley Kee - Founding Co-Owner and CEO of ITSC Secure Solutions, LLC (ITSC)
 

Ashley Kee is a Founding Co-Owner and CEO of ITSC Secure Solutions (ITSC). Prior to becoming the CEO, Ms. Kee served as the COO for ITSC (formerly BMK Secure Solutions) for ten years. Ashley is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College, South Hadley, MA. She also has an IS/IT Program Management Masters Certificate, Villanova University.

Ashley is an Active Member of the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA) and a passionate supporter of Homes for Our Troops.

Patricia Kee - Co-Founder and President, ITSC Secure Solutions, LLC (ITSC)


Patricia Murphy Kee is Co-Founder and President of ITSC Secure Solutions (ITSC) an award-winning Women Owned Small Business, headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia. 

Patricia is a seasoned senior business and development operations professional, having spent many years in both DoD and commercial entities throughout CONUS/OCONUS. Patricia has been instrumental in forming partnerships and subcontractor agreements with well-respected highly sought-after government contracting companies.

Patricia has an Associate Engineering/Marketing Degree from Central Missouri State University and a Masters Degree in Public Administration; and is a member of the Rotary Club of Fairfax and supports military organizations to include the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association International (AFCEA) Small Business Committee and Homes for our Troops (HFOT).
